Those who place an order using GrubHub of at least $15 and input the promo code “ENDWALKER” before confirming their order (between December 9th and December 15th) will receive a redeemable item code on the e-mail associated with their GrubHub account after the end of the promotion period on Friday, December 17th. Furthermore, if a person places an order and uses the promo code during the Game Awards on December 9th, they will receive free delivery up to $6.

By redeeming this code on a Final Fantasy 14 account, a character of their choice will receive an exclusive Eat Pizza emote. Given the nature of GrubHub operating chiefly in the United States, this promotion is only redeemable on North American Square Enix accounts, and only on full-service accounts – or to be precise, the code is not redeemable for those still on the Free Trial version of Final Fantasy 14.
The promotion has unsurprisingly left many players, especially those who play outside North America, feeling underwhelmed. Outside of the hard region-lock imposed on the promotion, some among the community argue that the emote, redeemable on a single character, is not worth the $15 price tag – even if a pizza is attached to it. The more patient players in the community believe that the emote will most likely find its way to the Mog Store at a later date for any price between $2 to $5.
