Reddit user tomfrumtarn has shared a clip in which their goalkeeper changed his direction mid-air to save a penalty kick. The goalkeeper in the original poster’s video is Hungary’s Peter Gulacsi, who plays for the Bundesliga side, RB Leipzig. Even though Gulacsi is not among the highest-rated goalkeepers in FIFA 23, he still managed to pull off an impossible penalty-kick save.

The original post has garnered much attention from the FIFA community on Reddit and has gotten more than 700 upvotes in just two days. The original poster claims that this incident happened while playing FUT Moments, which is a new single-player game mode in FIFA Ultimate Team. Fans in the comments section pointed out that the OP achieved the challenge completion even before the goalkeeper saved the penalty kick.
