7 Everton
Everton is a decent team to use for players looking for a bit more reserved gameplay. While they haven’t got the best squad, their keeper Jordan Pickford at 83 rated and Left Back Lucas Digne (a defender who dominates FUT) at 84 make them very capable in Defense.
Striking options such as Richarlison and Calvert-Lewin mean that players using Everton can utilize the pace of the squad to take opponents by surprise. Everton doesn’t have the most capable substitute bench which could prove an issue towards the second half of games where players get tired and have less stamina.
6 Arsenal
Arsenal has fallen by the wayside a little in recent years, but they are still worth using on FIFA 22 Online Seasons. With an Overall rating of 79, their Attacking stat of 83 means that they are well-suited for offensive-based players who like to lead games by attacking constantly and adding pressure. Players should beware of Arsenal’s 77 Defense, as it means they can concede fairly easily, especially on the counter.
With star-man Aubameyang, Arsenal is a passing-based team that can quickly get up the pitch and has their star striker open on goal, with missing an unlikely prospect due to his impressive Shooting stat.
5 Milan
Milan has long been considered one of the best teams in the world. While they haven’t quite kept up with the Serie A competition in recent years, they are still a viable choice on Online Seasons. Milan has an Overall rating of 80 and they are extremely well-rounded throughout the pitch. They have 81 Attacking, 79 Midfield, and 81 Defense. A lot of their players belong in the best Serie A FUT team builds, meaning they are definitely viable on Online Seasons.

Milan has nine 80 + rated players, which for a 4-and-a-half-star team leaves it in a very healthy position considering its pool of competitive teams. Players will enjoy using Ibrahimovic especially, considering he is a legend of the sport.
4 Ajax
Ajax is an underrated team to use on FIFA 22 online Seasons because of the teams that Ajax typically gets matched up with. Online, players using Ajax will find that they commonly face off against lower-starred teams such as Tigres, Trabanzspor, and other teams less equipped to deal with them. For Career Mode fans, Ajax is also one of the best teams to use in Career Mode.
Ajax has an Overall rating of 78, but their Attack is 80 with a Defense of 79. At both ends of the pitch, the team is more than capable of holding their own. Players such as Gravenberch, Tadic, and Haller should be treated as the priority for a player when making attacks.
3 Dortmund
One of the best teams in Germany, Borussia Dortmund is a great choice for players looking to dominate in Online Seasons against other 4-and-a-half-star teams. With an Overall rating of 81, their Attack (84), Midfield (81), and Defense (81) stats make them a formidable force on the pitch.
Star players such as Haaland (one of FIFA’s highest-rated forwards), Hummels, Reus, and Guerreiro make all the difference in-game. Fans should play defensively if they are accidentally matched up against a 5-star team. For games when playing against another 4-and-a-half star team, players should feel free to go very offensive as Dortmund attacking capabilities mean more often than not they are too difficult to deal with.
2 Inter
Inter Milan is one of the best 4-and-a-half star teams to use on FIFA 22 Online Seasons. An 82 Overall rating with a Defense rating of 83 means they are great for players who like to play from the back and use Counter Attacking techniques to get the lead against opponents.

Star players such as Skriniar, Handanovic (one of FIFA’s best goalkeepers), Martinez, de Vrij, Barella, and Brozovic give players lots of options all across the pitch. There’s plenty of pace in the attack and Inter’s defenders are extremely strong, so as long as players play defensively they should be able to ward off most possession-based attacks. However, keep in mind that Inter’s defenders are lacking in pace, making them vulnerable to the counter.
1 Spurs
Spurs have remained pretty consistent among the best teams in England, even if they don’t quite break into the top 4 teams. With an Overall rating of 82, they have star players such as Kane, Son, and Lloris that creeps them very close to being a 5-star team but not quite. They are one of the best teams to use on Seasons, so definitely a great choice for 4-and-a-half stars.
Players will have a lot of fun using this 4-and-a-half-star team, especially considering there are not many 4-and-a-half-star teams that can compete, especially offensively. Even when being matched up with 5-star teams Spurs can compete, making them the best 4-and-a-half star team available to use on FIFA 22 Online Seasons.
